Ordering our products online

You can search the products on this site in two different ways:

If you know the product you are looking for then you can use the product search located at the top of the page. Simply type in the name of the product, a relevant word or the code number, and click on the go button to conduct the search, any relevant products will be displayed on the page below.

Alternatively, you can search for products by category using the list from the top menu or on the left side of the page. Click on a category to display the products available within it. Once you have found a product you would like to know more about, click on the product title. A new window will display full details for the product.

If you wish to purchase the product, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button to place the item in your shopping basket (it can always be removed later by clicking on the adjacent red cross). To review the contents of the basket click on either the ‘shopping basket’ links. A total price for the articles will be displayed, including VAT.

A carriage charge of £5.95 will be added to your order. We may send by Post or a Courier service. These carriage arrangements include most of the UK mainland with the exception of certain Scottish regions with postcodes listed on the check out page. Should you wish to order for delivery to one of these regions, please contact us and we will calculate the most economic rate manually, and send an email to you for approval. It may not be possible to deliver to UK islands or Northern Ireland unless the article is small enough to be posted. If you place an order online for delivery to one of the regions outside our Courier’s standard tariff without contacting us first, we will assume that you accept that the order will be posted by Royal Mail Standard or Parcel Force- if this method will not incur any additional charge. In the event of loss or damage, their terms and conditions will apply to any settlement of claims. Although we will inform you when the order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to predict the delivery day.

Deliveries are usually on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. If you are not going to be at home, please indicate a suitable delivery address i.e. your workplace or secure location such as a near neighbour who will accept delivery on your behalf. Our Courier will only leave items unattended without a signature if specifically requested to do so. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred should you choose this option. We will advise you by email when your order has been despatched with a predicted day for delivery.

To confirm your purchase click the ‘checkout’ button and enter your the details required. Click on the ‘checkout’ button to enter the secure payment server provided by Sage Pay and follow the instructions to enter your payment details To complete your order click the ‘Proceed’ button. A confirmation page will appear with an order reference number and a Sage Pay ID number for the payment. You will receive an automatic email from us acknowledging your order and also an email from Sage Pay acknowledging your payment. We normally dispatch orders within 3 working days although you will see a notice ‘please allow 14 days’ on the automatic order confirmation. If we are unable to send your order within a reasonable time we will refund your payment and process the payment again when the order is ready for dispatch. If we anticipate a delay beyond 14 days we will contact you.

This website is designed to comply with all relevant regulations in force for online purchasing. Your payment details are entered in a very secure area provided by Sage Pay.

We hope you will allow us to email you with features and product information that may be of interest to you. If you agree to register for this service we will not pass any of your contact details to any third party. Should you register and later wish to unsubscribe you can do this by emailing us.

If you DO NOT wish to register, ensure you select “Guest Checkout” in step 1 of the checkout form.

Please advise us within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return any item. We will make the refund when we receive the item; however it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the safe return of unwanted goods.

The majority of our products are handmade from natural materials. For this reason, we are only able to present approximate measurements; also colours may vary slightly to the images shown. We recommend that if size, colour or any aspect of a product is of particular importance, you should contact us so we can check our current stock, in order to give you specific details.

This website is checked and updated regularly; however, we cannot accept responsibility for errors and omissions. Your statutory rights are unaffected.



In many cases, we can send to customers outside the UK. Do not use the ordinary ordering system but please use the ‘Contact Us’ facility and advise us of your requirements and the destination you require the Order sent. We will then send you a quote for the postage.
